NSW Health is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Sustaining NSW Families (SNF) Team, providing antenatal and postnatal support to families with complex psychosocial needs in home and community settings. The nurse-led SNF model relies on social work expertise to enhance family functioning and parent-child relationships.
You will lead assessments, offer counselling, coordinate referrals, and contribute to team case reviews and supervision.
