About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis in Bayswater North.In this role, you will be responsible for creating invoices, processing payments, and ensuring that all accounts are up to date. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in maintaining positive relationships with our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily reconciliation of bank account deposits
Processing sales orders, raising invoices and collection of deposit payments
Daily collection calls and emails to customers
Processing credit applications
Follow-up on outstanding invoices and customer issues
Ensuring customers adhere to company's payment terms and conditions
Managing end-to-end collection activity including payment allocation and reconciling customer accounts
Issuing EOM reminders and statements of accounts to customers
Weekly and monthly outstanding INV report
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting
3-5 years of experience processing accounts receivable and payable
Demonstrated ability to process high volume transactions with accuracy
In-depth knowledge and skill in MYOB or other similar accounting packages is a must
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of accounting principles and functions
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
