We are seeking several experienced
Process Workers, Factory Hands & Packers
to join our busy food manufacturing clients located in the
Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs
of Melbourne.
The roles will involve working as an integral part of a team on fast-paced production lines, performing a range of duties including packing, labelling, quality checking, blending/mixing and generalcleaning work. These roles suit applicants with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands‐on duties and can perform in fast-paced production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely
Perform assembly, packing, sorting, blending/mixing and general labouring tasks
Follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines and instructions




Maintain a clean and organised work area
Assist with manual handling and general factory duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Previous factory, labouring or process work experience, preferably within food, pharmaceutical or therapeutic goods manufacturing
Must be able to lift up to 20kg consistently
Full working rights in Australia
Own reliable transport, as well as a valid Driver's licence
Own PPE gear (safety boots, hi-vis, etc.)
