Job Description
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ledger entries using
Xero Accounting Software
.
Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
Support the preparation of financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Trial Balances.
Assist with sales and purchasing by processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier records.
Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers,



and team members to ensure smooth business operations.
Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Location
The host company is located at Sydney.
