We are now seeking an
RF Antenna Design Engineer
to join our growing team and help develop the next generation of
miniaturised, conformal, and high-performance antenna systems
for tomorrow's defence technology. This is your opportunity to work hands-on, turning complex design challenges into practical, field-ready solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Design miniaturised and/or conformal antennas for advanced defence applications.
Engineer and test RF circuits to meet stringent performance requirements.
Operate advanced test equipment, including VNAs, spectrum analysers, and oscilloscopes.
Prepare specifications, requirements, and technical documentation.
Analyse relevant standards to ensure compliance.
Develop and execute test and evaluation plans.
About You
Bachelor's degree in
Communications, Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics
, or related discipline.
Australian Citizenship
with eligibility for Baseline Security Clearance.




Not a prohibited person under Section 3 of the Firearms Act **** (Victoria).
Experience with
Altium Designer
.
Skilled in using
CST, ADS, or equivalent tools
for antenna and RF design.
Experience designing and testing antennas within tight enclosures.
Knowledge of cascade analysis in RF signal chains.
Proficient in debugging and fault‐finding circuits.
Capable of surface mount assembly and rework.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a
multidisciplinary team environment
