We're partnering with a well-established international freight forwarding business to recruit a Customer Service Representative into their close-knit Brisbane team.
This is a true customer service role for someone who understands international freight and enjoys being the person customers can rely on. You'll manage an allocated portfolio of clients, oversee their freight movements from a customer perspective and work closely with internal operations, commercial teams and overseas offices to keep everything moving smoothly.
What you'll be doing
Acting as the key point of contact for your customers
Managing day-to-day freight queries, bookings and documentation
Liaising with internal teams, overseas offices and agents
Chasing documentation from customers and suppliers
Reviewing customer reports and identifying issues early
Keeping customers updated and managing problems through to resolution
Updating rate cards and maintaining accurate information
Building strong, long-term relationships with your client portfolio
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have previous customer service experience within international freight forwarding, with a good understanding of the language and processes involved.
Experience with CargoWise, FCL freight and Incoterms will be highly regarded.

Positive, collaborative and easy to work with
Confident managing challenging customer conversations
Comfortable working independently while still being part of a small team
Adaptable and willing to pitch in when needed
