South West Healthcare is seeking a Wellbeing Officer to join the Hospital Outreach Post-Suicidal Engagement (HOPE) program at the Hamilton Campus. The role delivers trauma-informed, recovery‐oriented outreach to individuals following a suicide attempt or in suicidal distress.
The position offers permanent full time and part-time opportunities with a focus on safety planning, goal setting, and connecting clients to local supports within a multidisciplinary team.
