The business is now looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of its organic social channels and help take its social presence to the next level.
About the Role
This is a hands-on opportunity for a social-first creative who instinctively understands what people are watching, sharing and talking about. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider creative team, you'll bring the social strategy to life across TikTok, Instagram and the broader social community. You'll be responsible for creating and publishing content, managing the community, identifying emerging trends and cultural moments, and using performance insights to continually improve the brand's organic social presence.
No two days will look exactly the same. One day you might be filming and editing a TikTok, the next you're jumping on a trending format, responding to the community, planning the content calendar or analysing what has performed and deciding what to do next. This is an ideal role for someone who lives and breathes social media,



is confident creating content themselves and wants genuine ownership over a growing brand's organic social presence.
Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day management of TikTok, including ideation, content planning, captions, publishing and reporting
Test current content styles and formats to continually improve reach, engagement and performance
Support the broader Instagram strategy and bring channel plans to life
Develop and coordinate organic content across Reels, Stories and feed
Own day-to-day community management across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social channels
Help nurture and grow the brand's online community, creating opportunities for greater participation and advocacy
Shoot, edit and publish high-quality photo and video content for organic social channels
Create social-first content that feels native to each platform
Be comfortable appearing in content where appropriate
Track organic social performance across reach, engagement, audience growth and content performance
Stay across platform updates, algorithm changes, emerging formats and social best practice
Monitor leading beauty, skincare, fashion and lifestyle brands to identify new ideas and opportunities
Maintain organised content calendars,



approvals and internal communication
About You
2–3+ years' experience in social media, content creation or a similar role
Strong working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including formats, trends, platform behaviour and algorithms
Demonstrated experience creating social-first content from concept through to execution
Confident shooting, editing and appearing in video content
Strong video editing skills, ideally including CapCut
A sharp eye for beauty, visual storytelling and culturally relevant content
Robust copywriting skills and excellent attention to detail
An understanding of organic social performance and how insights can inform content decisionsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage content calendars, deadlines and multiple priorities
The confidence to work independently while contributing positively within a small, collaborative team
Experience with Figma or other relevant content/design tools would be advantageous
A genuine interest in beauty, skincare, fashion and lifestyle
