About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality floral displays that inspire customers and drive sales. Working within a fast-paced retail environment, you will play a key role in maintaining our floral standards and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining visually appealing floral displays and arrangements
Ensuring exceptional product quality, freshness, and stock rotation
Managing daily care of flowers and plants to maximise longevity
Delivering outstanding customer service and product advice
Supporting sales growth through strong merchandising and presentation
Maintaining a clean, secure, and organised workspace
Assisting with ordering, waste control, and stock management as required
About You




Qualified florist or proven experience in a florist or floral retail environment
Alternatively, applicants with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for floristry are strongly encouraged to apply
Strong eye for detail and presentation
Willingness to learn and develop skills within the floristry industry
Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
Flexible availability, including weekends and early starts
Apprenticeships & Traineeships Available
