We're currently seeking a reliable and organised
Dispatch Coordinator
to join a busy team based in
Enfield
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid communication and coordination skills who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment. The role is Monday to Friday,
8:00am to 4:00pm
, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing office-based dispatch allocations
Scheduling daily pick-ups and coordinating transport
Communicating with drivers to ensure smooth operations
Monitoring delivery runs and ensuring schedules are met
Providing timely updates and resolving any scheduling issues
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in dispatch, transport,



logistics, or scheduling (preferred)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Confident using computers and office-based systems
