About the Role
As a
Sign Department Team Member
, you'll be involved in all aspects of
signage production, fabrication, and installation
. You'll work on a variety of projects, ensuring that every sign we create meets our high-quality standards. This is a
hands-on, dynamic role
that suits someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with tools and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble
commercial and retail signage
Install
vinyl graphics, vehicle signage, window & wall graphics
Operate
hand and power tools
for sign fabrication




Assist with the installation of signage on-site
Ensure all signage is produced to the highest quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Work collaboratively within the team to meet project deadlines
Skills & Experience
A
can-do attitude
and a strong work ethic
Ability to work
both independently and as part of a team
Strong
attention to detail
and
problem-solving skills
Comfortable using
hand and power tools
Experience in
sign-making, fabrication, welding, or electrical work
is advantageous but not essential
Willingness to
learn and develop new skills
A valid
driver's license
is required
