Rydges Hotels & Resorts in Hunter Valley is seeking a Demi Chef to prepare and cook high-quality dishes, supporting the Chef de Partie in daily operations. You will help maintain safety standards, assist with stock, and guide junior staff in a busy, multi-outlet setting.
Ideal candidates have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery, several years in a commercial kitchen, and the flexibility to work a 7-day roster including late nights and public holidays. Own transport is preferred.
