Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking an IT Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our Mackay, QLD team. This permanent, full time position reports to the Desktop Support Team Lead and focuses on delivering quality IT desktop support and application assistance for Sime Industrial users.
You will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, manage helpdesk tickets, and collaborate with IT to implement new technologies and improvements.
