Work in a collaborative approach with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists providing therapy to clients across the lifespan treating a wide variety of physical and intellectual disabilities.
Why this role:
Salary of $85,000 - $115,000 + super
$**** PD allowance annually

About the role:
Clinic based in Ascot Vale with no travel to clients required




See predominantly paediatric clients with the opportunity to see some adults if desired
Varied paediatric caseload with referrals tailored to your interest area
Common conditions include ASD, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and more
Provide therapy around areas including gross motor skills, fine motor skills, handwriting, social skills, play skills, sensory processing difficulties, self-regulation and self-care
Support Structure:
New Graduates and Early Career clinicians up to 3 years experience receive weekly supervision from an in-house supervisor
Discipline specific and cross discipline meetings fortnightly
Gradually increasing billable targets based on your comfortability
Cooperative work culture allows you to benefit from the support of a multidisciplinary team
Monthly one on one meetings with the Occupational Therapy Team Lead
Fortnightly meetings with the director to check in on how you're going
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
