We are looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced female carer to support our beautiful 5-year-old daughter, Tallulah.
Tallulah has Autism, Global Developmental Delay, and Sensory Processing Disorder.
She is non‐verbal but will often make sounds and can say the odd word.
She also carries EpiPens, so awareness of allergies and confidence in handling medical needs is key.
About Tallulah
Tallulah is a very loved and happy little girl who brings so much joy.
She is a sensory seeker and loves:
Singing and dancing
Trampolining
Swimming
Inflatapark/Inflataspace trips
Fun, engaging sensory activities
She is very affectionate and seeks cuddles, kisses, and hugs, so I am looking for someone who is naturally warm, nurturing, and comfortable with this level of affection.
About the Role
£***** per hour
Initially: 6 hours per week (to allow mum to build trust and get to know you)
Ongoing:
1 Saturday morning per month (4 hours)
1 overnight per month (Saturday) at our house
Starting Saturday evening
Includes taking Tallulah to a fun activity (e.g. trampoline park)




Finishing at 2pm Sunday
The Ideal Candidate Will Be
Female
Reliable and committed
Genuinely caring and passionate about working with children
Experienced with additional needs (essential)
Patient, nurturing, and affectionate
Confident supporting a child with sensory needs and communication differences
Comfortable managing EpiPens (training can be provided if needed)
Comfortable changing her nappies
Have a driving licence and car with appropriate insurance as she isn't great on public transport and there is a danger near busy roads as she tends to elope
This is a very special role supporting a very special little girl, so I am really looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of Tallulah's world.
There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be female in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act **** (Regulated Activities) Regulations **** and Equality Act **** schedule 9 paragraphs 1 – 4.
