About the Role
As our 3–6 Montessori Guide, you will:
Lead an authentic Montessori Children's House workplace.
Foster independence, curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced teaching team.
Contribute to a culture where every child is valued, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
To be considered, you must hold:
A recognised Montessori 3–6 Diploma.
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or Australian equivalent).




Current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid certifications.
