As an Assistant Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Venue where you will lead a team in delivering the daily operations of the venue.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have the opportunity to create a unique experience for our guests, take good care, and lead a dynamic team with integrity.
A few of your responsibilities:
Assist Venue Manager to lead and support achievement of financial and operational targets
Oversee operational functions that include rostering requirements, standard operating procedures, training and performance management
Assist with the development,



implementation and evaluation of service standards and standard operating procedures
Ensure that all areas of the business comply with the Responsible Service of Alcohol program and relevant provisions of the Liquor Act
Assist in managing the selection, training and development of all employees to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
What we are looking for:
Management experience within a similar large busy environment, with a thorough knowledge of food and beverages
Demonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people and products, performance management and controlling labour costs and operating expenses
Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
Current RSA Statement of Attainment
Flexible with availability for work over a 7-day roster
