The role
Reporting to the Care Manager, you'll provide high-quality clinical nursing care to residents while playing an important leadership role within the care team.
You will:
Deliver exceptional clinical care in line with best-practice nursing standards
Take the lead on shift, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to our personal care team
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
Support a positive, safe and inclusive environment for residents and colleagues
Apply your clinical judgement and expertise to identify and respond to changing resident needs
Follow clinical, safety and organisational policies and procedures
What you'll bring:
We're looking for an RN who combines strong clinical capability with genuine warmth and compassion.
You'll ideally have:




Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
2+ years' nursing experience, ideally including aged care
Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
Understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
Strong clinical knowledge of ageing and age-related health conditions
The confidence to coach, mentor and support care staff
Robust communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skills
A positive, collaborative approach and competent IT skills
Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
