$85,000 + 12% Super
Mainly Monday to Friday, some nights and weekends required

THE POSITION
Produce all
house-made breads and baked goods
from scratch
Lead, train and inspire a
small team
Ensure consistency, quality and efficiency in
high-volume production
Collaborate with the Head Chef on
menu development and innovation
Maintain top-tier
food safety, allergen, and quality standards
Drive organisation, workflow, and daily bakery operations
THE PERSON
You're a
skilled baker and natural leader
who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Minimum




3 years' qualified baking experience
Cert III in Baking (essential) or Cert III in Commercial Cookery and above
Confident producing a wide range of
artisan breads and baked goods
Proven ability to
lead a team and set standards
Highly organised, reliable, and
calm under pressure
Passion for
quality, consistency, and continuous improvement
