Nuveen is seeking an Analyst in Australia to provide financial analytics, transaction analysis and execution for the APAC Debt business.
You will work with the APAC Debt team to prepare IC papers, assist in deal closings and manage debt portfolios with reporting and modelling.
Experience in CRE debt within Australia is preferred; solid Excel and financial modelling skills are essential to inform investment decisions and risk assessments.
