About the Role
You'll be working in a hands‐on role assisting with the lifting, leveling, and replacement of stumps under houses. This is a physically demanding job that requires a solid work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail. You'll be supporting experienced restumpers on a variety of job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with lifting and leveling homes
Help remove and install stumps (timber, steel, or concrete)
Operate tools and equipment as needed
Follow safety protocols on site
Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Previous labouring or construction experience preferred (but not essential)
Driver's license and reliable transport
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
