Precast Labourer with Concrete, Formwork or Welding Experience
Access Covers Australia Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and reliable Precast Concrete Labourers to join our growing Queensland Operations Team based in Eagle Farm.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products. You will be involved in all aspects of precast concrete production, working alongside an experienced team to manufacture high-quality civil infrastructure products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
Precast Concrete Labourer – Immediate Start
Availability: Eagle Farm, QLD.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 5:30am – 1:30pm
Overtime and weekend work available

About the Role:
As a member of our Precast Concrete Production Team, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the manufacture of precast concrete products.
Preparing moulds and formwork for concrete pours.
Placing reinforcement, cast-in items and associated components.
Pouring, vibrating and finishing concrete.
Stripping moulds and preparing finished products for storage or dispatch.
Repairing and finishing precast concrete products where required.
Reading and following production drawings and work instructions.
Operating hand tools,



power tools and production equipment safely.
Loading, unloading and moving materials throughout the factory.
Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Complying with all Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
Assisting with general factory and production duties as required.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience working in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing or a similar industry.
Experience working with concrete, formwork or steel reinforcement (highly regarded).
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
The ability to work effectively within a team.
A commitment to workplace health and safety.
Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
The ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules.
A current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
Highly Regarded:
Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing.
Forklift Licence (LF).
Overhead Crane experience or licence.
White Card.
Experience reading production drawings.
Manufacturing or construction industry experience.
