About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory / Production Hand to join our team at our Bayswater North facility. This is a casual position offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic production workplace,



playing an essential role in the manufacture of our custom formliners and moulds.
What You'll Be Doing
Operating and monitoring production in accordance with safety and quality standards
Sanding MDF sheets to prepare them for painting
Helping to pour moulds
Following production schedules
General factory and workshop duties
Supporting other team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment
Reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures and protocols
Assembling, packaging and preparing products for dispatch
What We're Looking For
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
Reliability and a strong attendance record
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Experience in a factory, production or manufacturing setting is highly valued
Knowledge of workplace health and safety principles is desirable
