This is a unique prospect for a Senior Property Manager, Onsite Property Manager or Building Manager to join this rapidly growing developer and manage a stunning building. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Some duties and responsibilities of the role listed, but not limited to:
Management of a clean and tidy portfolio
Property Management
Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
Rental arrears management
Maintenance
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Residential Property Managers accepted
Minimum of 2 yearsexperience in Property Management
Great time management skills, interpersonal skills and trouble shooting skills
Ability to be a self motivator and work in a team environment
Ability to preform all round duties to support the rest of your team
