Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our SIL home at Dicky Beach on a permanent 40-hour fortnightly roster. Roles include a mix of day, evening, and sleepover shifts, with open availability for additional shifts where possible.
You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, meal planning, and community activities, while supporting individuals with complex needs to live as independently as possible and maintain connections with family and services.
