Due to solid demand, we are looking for a Sales Consultant based in Sydney to grow our employer network and help more businesses access skilled overseas talent.
About the Role
This is a sales-focused role where you will work with Australian employers looking to hire skilled workers from overseas.
You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries as well as developing new business relationships with companies experiencing labour shortages.
You'll work closely with our internal recruitment and migration teams, who manage the candidate sourcing and visa processing, allowing you to focus on building client relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound enquiries from businesses looking to hire overseas workers
Build relationships with Australian employers experiencing staff shortages
Generate new business through calls, networking, and referrals
Conduct consultations with employers to understand their hiring needs




Present our recruitment and migration solutions to prospective clients
Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
Ideal experience includes:
Strong phone and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with business owners and decision makers
Self-motivated with the ability to generate new business opportunities
Organised with strong follow-up skills
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce etc) is beneficial
Experience in sales, labour hire will be highly essential.
