You'll work primarily in the community, with some clinic-based and telehealth sessions depending on participant needs. This is an ideal role for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and mentoring others, without unrealistic billable pressure.
On offer:
Salary guide of $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
5 paid PD days per year + $2,000 PD budget
Dedicated admin support so you can focus on clinical work
Sustainable expectations: approx. 5 billable hours/day
Flexible working hours (schedule around participants)
Work from home option for report writing
Experienced clinical support, including access to dysphagia/swallowing expertise

Key requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA Registration
Full drivers license
