Monash Health Pathology is seeking a Medical Scientist Grade 3 to supervise the Routine Haematology, Coagulation and Morphology Laboratory, providing leadership and specialist expertise. You will oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement across pathology services.
You will work closely with pathologists, clinicians and laboratory staff to maintain quality, safety and accreditation while supporting staff development and training of junior scientists.
