What you'll do:
Own new business development across transport, freight forwarding, and warehousing in Victoria,and make your mark
Spot opportunity, build strategic relationships, and craft logistics solutions clients can't say no to
Lead high-stakes commercial conversations, craft compelling proposals, and close deals that stick
Keep your pipeline sharp and your reporting sharper




Partner with operations to deliver on every promise you make
Become the name in Melbourne's logistics market,building brand presence and lasting trust
What we're looking for:
3+ years in sales or business development within transport, freight forwarding, or logistics
Deep knowledge of domestic and international freight, customs, and trade
Confident with MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
A communicator who can influence at every level and close complex deals
Someone who builds trust fast and never leaves value on the table
