You will interpret, source and supply parts accurately for workshop and retail customers while maintaining stock records and supporting efficient dealership operations.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and supply parts for technicians and retail guests.
Process orders, invoices, credits and supplier requests accurately.
Maintain stock records and support inventory control.
Receipt, store and issue parts safely and correctly.
Use parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify components.
Work closely with Service and Workshop teams to meet operational needs.
About You
Essential
Strong accuracy, organisation and customer-service capability.
Confidence learning parts catalogues and computer systems.
Ability to manage multiple requests in a busy environment.




Current driver licence and Australian working rights where required.
Desirable, but not essential
Automotive parts or dealership experience.
Knowledge of vehicle components.
Experience in stock control, warehousing or trade-counter service.
