As our fleet and capabilities continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Composite Repair Technicians and Aircraft Structures Mechanics to join our highly respected engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex composite structures, advanced repairs and modifications on Bell helicopters while contributing to some of the most important aviation operations in Australia.
If you have completed Bell Composite Repair Training, hold specialist composite qualifications, or have extensive hands-on experience repairing and manufacturing composite aircraft components, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
As a Composite Repair Technician / Aircraft Structures Mechanic, you will play a key role in maintaining the structural integrity and airworthiness of aircraft components and assemblies.
You will be involved in:
Composite repairs involving fibreglass,
carbon fibre and advanced materials
Structural repairs and modifications
Damage assessment and repair development
Manufacturing and fabrication of composite components
Inspection, testing and quality assurance activities
Interpreting technical manuals, engineering orders and repair schemes
Supporting aircraft maintenance and overhaul activities
Maintaining compliance with aviation regulatory and company requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in the following:
Bell / OEM Composite Repair Training
Composite manufacturing experience
Fibreglass and carbon fibre repair expertise
Repair scheme implementation and structural modifications
Strong commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail
Repair station or maintenance organisation experience
Aerospace, defence or advanced manufacturing background
Experience with bonded structures and advanced repair techniques
