As part of a dynamic team, you will provide expert advice across a broad range of HR functions while building strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive positive people outcomes.
To succeed in this position, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience delivering complex HR services in a senior HR role.
Proven capability in managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and provide practical, risk-based advice.
Excellent communication, consultation and relationship-building skills.
