About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing incoming phone calls and emails
Scheduling appointments across multiple specialists and locations
Coordinating referrals and communicating with referring dental practices
Preparing patient documentation and correspondence
Managing patient accounts and processing payments
Supporting day to day administrative operations
Working collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
Excellent computer skills and confidence learning new software

Dental or specialist medical reception experience
