This role will focus on policy implementation, data collection, reporting, and business process improvement. To be successful, you will bring 5-10 years' experience in business analysis or a related discipline, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and project deliverables.
Utilise knowledge of regulatory frameworks to interpret organisational requirements and interpret them into solutions.
Manage the project DevOps Board.
Facilitate workshops and interviews.
Manage UAT and support testers during system testing and UAT.
Create process maps and reports.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Plan and report on business analysis and QA tasks
Perform data analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and evaluate solution options.
What You Will Need
The ability to work across both technology and business domains.
Experience working in regulatory environments.
End-to-end project experience, including process mapping and UAT scripting and testing.
Strong analytical, investigative, and research skills
Capable communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience translating business requirements into documented needs for process, personnel, and IT functions.
