Perth & Kinross Council is hiring a Social Care Officer to support people in their own homes across the South, Perth and North localities.
You will visit on a planned rota, cover breakfast to bedtime visits, and may work overnight shifts (20:*****:00) as part of the service rota.
You will help people maintain independence, assist with daily living tasks including personal care, promote reablement, and record progress while following PKC policies and the National Care Standards.
