Challenge Community Services is seeking a Carer Compliance Officer in Maitland to support foster care compliance, authorisation, and review. You will work with carers, children and young people to ensure requirements are met, risks identified and placements assessed and supported.
This permanent full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) offers salary packaging, extra annual leave option, Fitness Passport, and ongoing career development opportunities within a dedicated OOHC team.
