About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Diploma or Certificate III qualified) to join our team.




You will play a key role in implementing high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and supporting children's learning and development in their early years.
Key Responsibilities
Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Observe, document, and support children's learning and development
Follow service policies and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Collaborate with the team to support best practice
About You
You are a motivated and caring professional who is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and supporting a positive team culture.
Essential Requirements
Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current NSW Working With Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain)
Child Protection Training (course code *********, or current refresher training) or willingness to obtain
National Child Safety Training (Gecko) or willingness to obtain
Police Check (recommended)
Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Robust communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
At least 1 year of experience in the role
