ONCALL Group Australia seeks an experienced National Quality, Compliance and Risk Manager to lead accreditation, compliance and risk programs across the national organisation. The role reports to the National Manager - Clinical, Safeguarding & Quality and sits on the Quality and Safeguards Leadership team.
You will drive internal audits, external audit coordination, incident/complaints reporting and policy development to ensure ongoing compliance with NDIS, DHHS frameworks and sector standards.
