About the Role
Reporting directly to you Sales Management Lead, you will be responsible for growing sales across a defined territory through a combination of current business acquisition, account management, and execution excellence.
This is a hands‐on field sales role where you'll have the freedom to manage your territory while being supported by a passionate and experienced team.
This position will be based in Western & North West metro and Regional West & North areas.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation




Expand distribution and increase market penetration across your territory
Build strong relationships with retailers, foodservice operators and key customers
Execute sales strategies, promotional programs and business initiatives
Analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities within your customer base
Ensure strong in‐store execution, merchandising and shelf presence
Manage and grow an established territory.
Report on sales performance and business development activities
About You
You are motivated by results, enjoy working independently and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Proven long term experience in FMCG, beverage, Route, P&C; or foodservice sales
A strong track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
Commercial negotiation and objection‐handling capability
Strong organisational and territory management skills
Confidence using technology, sales systems and reporting tools
A proactive, self‐motivated approach with a desire to succeed
A current Australian driver's licence
Highly Regarded
Experience within the beverage industry
Existing relationships within convenience, independent grocery, foodservice or route channels
