is looking for an experienced
Formwork Carpenter
to join our team delivering specialised civil and foundation projects across the power and infrastructure sectors.
This isn't repetitive commercial construction. Our work involves
small to medium-scale foundations, complex civil works and niche infrastructure projects
where every job presents a new challenge. You'll be part of a tight-knit crew that values initiative, quality workmanship and getting the job done right the first time.
The Role
Working alongside concreters, machine operators and civil crews, you will:
Set out, construct and strip formwork for civil foundations
Read and interpret plans and drawings
Assist with concrete pours and finishing activities
Support plant operators and other trades as required
Undertake general labouring and site duties when needed
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity
Contribute to a positive team culture on site
What We're Looking For
Experience in formwork carpentry within civil or construction projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
Robust attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, adaptable and willing to get involved wherever required
White Card essential
Additional tickets, licences and civil construction experience highly regarded

Standard hours of
7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday
Overtime available
Above-award wages negotiated based on experience, capability and attitude
