About the Role




You'll be responsible for:
Turning inbound customer calls into booked service jobs (you'll own it from hello to done!)
Delivering a smooth, 5-star customer experience every single time
Making proactive outbound calls to selected customers to create extra service opportunities
Keeping customer details up to date so our teams are set up for success
Taking part in regular training to level up your communication and problem-solving skills
Solving customer issues with confidence, positivity, and a "let's get this sorted" attitude
What We're Looking For
Experience in retail, hospitality or a contact centre (banking, insurance, superannuation or telco experience highly regarded)
Solid communication skills and confidence on the phone
Comfort having sales-style conversations and guiding customers to the right outcome
The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting
