Assembler / Factory Hand / Process Worker - Entry Level
FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an Assembler / Factory Hand / Process Worker to join our client that specialises in the glass industry. This opportunity is located in Coorparoo and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.
Hourly pay rate of $***** per hour
This role offers work Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm (overtime and weekend work available)

Key Responsibilities
Assemble and manufacture products using hand tools and basic equipment, following workplace procedures and instructions.
Perform repetitive manual handling, including lifting, moving, stacking and preparing materials for production.
Operate basic machinery and production equipment safely following full training and supervision.
Complete quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
Pack, label and prepare completed products for storage or dispatch.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area while following all workplace health and safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
Strong work ethic and reliability - Punctual,



dependable and willing to learn new processes and skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Manual handling ability - Comfortable with repetitive tasks, manual lifting, standing for extended periods and safely handling materials and components.
Attention to detail - Able to follow instructions, work to quality standards and ensure products are assembled correctly and consistently.
Teamwork and safety awareness - Works well as part of a team, follows workplace health and safety procedures and maintains a clean and organised work area.
