Exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the talented culinary team at The Park Wyndham pty ltd, T/A The Park Werribee. As a full time Commis Chef , you will be taught to be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality meals to our guests.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to exceptional standards
Working closely with all chefs in your section
Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborating with the Head Chef to create menu items whilst continuing to improve them
Ensuring efficient, timely, and organised workflow in your section of the kitchen
Proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during service
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years' experience as a Commis Chef or equivalent role in a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques,



and presentationExcellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
Relevant food safety and hygiene certifications
