Reporting to the Manager, Safety, Quality and Audit, the Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for capturing, analysing and reporting on findings and insights across a range of activities in Solar Victoria's Safety and Quality Assurance Framework and risk-based assurance activities, particularly the audit and fraud prevention programs.
This key role provides the data, informed interpretation, and evidence-based recommendations for senior leaders to support the assurance framework to drive high levels of safety and performance in Solar Victoria's programs.
The role works closely with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and reporting requirements, translating business questions into meaningful data measures, analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Experience in analytics, business intelligence or data insights disciplines.
Demonstrated experience in designing and building interactive dashboard-style reporting and utilising data to provide reports and recommendations to inform senior decision-making.
Experience in using statistical computer languages R, SQL, Python etc to create and apply queries.
