We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking, active Junior Registered Nurse, who is able to provide clinical support to our homes in Chelsea, Wheelers Hill, Emerald and Cranbourne and to ensure delivery of person-centered care to the residents.
This position is supported by an experienced and supportive Senior Registered Nurse and Residential Manager.

The successful applicant will be:
A Registered Nurse currently registered in Australia (APHRA) without any notation
A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have a passion for leading clinical outcomes
Minimum 1 year experience in an Aged Care in Australia
Focused on improving quality of life of our residents
Understanding of ANACC
Understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards
Highly organised with proven ability to appropriately prioritise tasks in a busy environment
Excellent computer skills and ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services
Hold a current driver's licence
