ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive customer profitability, growth, and retention across strategic global accounts
Identify opportunities for value‐added sales, growth, and increased service adoption
Conduct profit and loss reviews and ensure commercial agreements are met
Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including C‐suite executives
Engage internal teams (operations, finance, technology) to deliver value and service excellence
Lead strategic conversations to influence customer programs and business decisions
Deliver innovation by recommending and implementing new products and services
Develop and execute customer business plans aligned to client goals
Analyse customer data and trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
Utilise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage communications and track activities
Manage and deliver key customer projects with clear stakeholder communication
Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimise contract performance and delivery
Influence change through robust storytelling, ROI articulation, and data insights
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management
Proven success managing large,



strategic, or multinational customers
Commercial acumen and experience managing customer profitability
Ability to build executive‐level relationships
Experience working with cross‐functional and global teams
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strong project management capability
Travel industry experience preferred
