Your mission
As a Project Manager, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of key business and technology projects within our Project Management Framework (PMF).
You will be responsible for planning, executing and successfully delivering initiatives that support our customers growth and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Head of Product and Projects, you will work with cross-functional teams and the Project Steering Committee to transform business objectives into measurable outcomes.
Your organisational expertise and proactive stakeholder management will ensure projects deliver value on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) including scope, schedules, budgets, resource requirements and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Register and maintain project information in a central repository, ensuring all documentation is linked and complete
Manage day-to-day execution, coordinating work packages, tracking progress and maintaining team focus on objectives
Ensure deliverables meet quality criteria and are successfully handed over to customers or support teams with formal sign-off
Facilitate Project Steering Committee meetings and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor and manage changes, time reporting, billing, customer complaints and supplier performance




Proactively identify, track and manage project risks, issues and dependencies using the Project Risk Management Process
Work with the project stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation plans
Escalate significant issues to the Project Sponsor, and Project Steering Committee with proposed solutions
Monitor project performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions when required
Communication & Governance
Provide regular, clear status reports to project stakeholders tailored to audience needs
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, focusing on value delivery and decision-making
Maintain all project documentation in a central repository with clear audit trails
Conduct project kick-off meetings to align all stakeholders on objectives, roles and deliverables
Who are we looking for
Skills and Experience
Extensive experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering projects in corporate or technology environments
Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, closure and post-project review
Strong understanding of project management principles, processes, governance frameworks and the project management triangle (cost, time, scope, quality)
Experience working with portfolio management tools (Planview preferred) and SAP for financial tracking
Experience working within PMO frameworks, including Quality Gates and Project Steering Committee governance

Proactive and results-oriented with focus on achieving measurable business objectives
Qualifications
A tertiary degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Protected) is preferred.
