What will I be doing:
Reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor your role will include:
Receiving andresponding toa range of incoming customer calls
Raising purchase orders, logging and allocating Service Calls to our team ofTechnicians andsub-contractors
Reviewingcompleted job reports through Uptick and invoice once completed
Daily job scheduling for our Technicians
Providingsupport to our team of Technicians and sub-contractors to enable them to complete their service calls
Providing job progress updates to customers
Provision of monthly report to the Service Manager of outstanding jobs and invoices
About You:
Willingness to learn




Strongly committed to providing high levels of customer service
Accuracy and efficiency in data entry
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
