JWS Industries is seeking experienced Shutdown Supervisors to lead shutdown activities at Talison Lithium, Greenbushes, WA.
You will manage crusher maintenance crews, drive safety culture and coordinate schedules to meet client specs.
Ideal candidates will have Section 26 Statutory Supervisor certification, High Risk Work Licence (where applicable), and a current Driver's Licence, with solid leadership and communications skills to deliver high standards of safety and performance.
