An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Coordination Centre.
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join our team.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational and communication skills who can work well under pressure.
You must be able to work well within a team and be able to manage, prioritise and organise your own workload.
You should be able to enhance a positive approach to our working environment and be able to work flexibly depending on the service demand.
To provide high quality, professional, comprehensive and confidential administration support to the Coordination Centre.
To undertake all administration in relation to the personnel processes.
Support a comprehensive recruitment service from advert to appointment ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner and maintaining strong relationships with recruiting managers.
Maintaining accurate records and movements of staff in files and on the MAPS system.
To compile daily reporting of required data.
Ensure that the daily operations of the department run smoothly and efficiently in respect of administration, process, documentation and updating of rostering.
You will be involved in quality and performance monitoring, data integrity, training and service development in conjunction with the Lead of Operational Site Team and Operational Matrons.
To manage a professional, effective and efficient administrative function within the team, responding to incoming correspondence and phone calls from service users including patients, colleagues and visitors according to the Trust values of together Safe, Kind and Excellent.
Key attributes of the post holder include a high level of professionalism, judgement, discretion, diplomacy, calmness under pressure, exceptional attention to detail, able to effectively prioritise numerous tasks and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines, with a friendly, approachable style.
